Adaptability,

This remedy is for those with very strong opinion about religion, politics or reform and who allow their minds and largely their lives to be ruled by their theories. Those who are very strict in their way of living; they deny themselves many of the joys and pleasures of life because they consider, it might interfere with their work. They are hard masters to themselves. They wish to be well and strong and active, and will do anything which they believe will keep them so. They are strict in their way of living, they form high ideals, from which they never deflect and force themselves to live up to. They practice self-denial and undergo a form of self-martyrdom in order to strain some standards of conduct or of health which they consider necessary. They rule themselves with a rod of iron, but unlike the Vince state of mind which rules and dominates others, the Rock Water folk do not usually interfere with the lives and conduct of others, they are too concerned with their own perfection and setting a good example to others.

Dosage: Take about two drops from the stock bottle and add it in a little water, milk or any way convenient to consume.
In urgent cases the doses may be given frequently or at interval of 2 to 3 hours depending upon case.
In those unconscious, moisten the lips frequently.
